It’s so important to have balance in life, especially when trying to lose weight. Your “diet” shouldn’t be so restrictive that you feel the need to binge or justify eating something “bad”. This is why I don’t agree with a lot of the popular diets out there nowadays. It is extremely important you get the proper nutrients for your body, and sometimes this means carbs! This is the most progress I’ve ever made with my health journey, and it also happens to be the least restrictive. Listen to your body and eat in moderation.
